Industry Collaboration in India

airsight is actively strengthening its presence in India and supports the growing cooperation between the German and Indian aviation industries.

As a founding partner of the Indo-German Aviation Agenda 2026–2028, airsight contributes to a joint initiative under the umbrella of the German Indian Chamber of Commerce (AHK India).

The agenda brings together leading German aviation organisations and companies to foster knowledge exchange, industry collaboration and long-term partnerships with Indian stakeholders.

As part of this initiative

  • an Indo-German Aviation Working Group was established in February 2026 and

  • the first joint Indo-German Aviation Roundtable with German and Indian industry partners is planned for April 2026.

The initiative aims to strengthen cooperation in the aviation industry in areas such as connectivity, operational efficiency, safety and certification standards, resilient aviation infrastructure, advanced aircraft technologies, MRO and training.

The Indo-German Aviation Agenda 2026–2028 was officially published in January 2026 and shared with key stakeholders including the German Ambassador to India and the Assistant Secretary General & Head of Civil Aviation at FICCI.
