Veranstaltungskoordinator (m/w/d) für unsere Lehrgangsorganisation in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind primär zuständig für unsere englisch- und deutschsprachigen Lehrgänge
  • Sie übernehmen die dazu gehörige Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung
  • Sie betreuen unsere Kunden und Referenten in allen organisatorischen Bereichen
  • Sie unterstützen uns bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Lehrgangsangebotes
  • Sie übernehmen die Pflege unserer Kundendaten

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Neben Deutsch beherrschen Sie Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie sind eine akribische, kommunikative, zuverlässige, gut strukturierte und eigenständige Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Organisationstalent
  • Sie wissen die richtigen Prioritäten zu setzen und behalten jederzeit den Überblick
  • Sie beherrschen MS-Office Anwendungen wie Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint und erschließen sich leicht neue Software
  • Vorkenntnisse im Veranstaltungsbereich oder der Luftfahrtbranche sind nicht zwingend erforderlich

Your responsibilities:

As a member of airsight’s „Aerodrome Planning“ division, you are working on international consulting projects, incl. tasks such as:

  • Planning works (new design, extensions, optimisation) of airside facilities for aerodromes worldwide
  • Compliance-checks of infrastructures and operations at airports
  • Construction works planning considering account ongoing airport operations
  • Support of airport operators and Civil Aviation Authorities within airport-certification projects (infrastructure & operations) according to national and international regulations (e. g. ICAO, EASA)
  • Conduction of Safety Assessments and Aeronautical Studies
  • Development of technical studies end expert opinions (e.g. planning, safety, aircraft noise, …)
  • Presentation of project results, provision of advice to clients
  • Support of airsight training with the development of training material; potentially acting as a trainer

In close cooperation with our clients, you are able to manage all aspects of project management to ensure the timely and successful project completion.

You should be experienced in actively building and maintaining close working relationships with clients, interfacing with stakeholders, and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team.

Based on an excellent knowledge of the market and the competition, you should be able to develop sound technical and commercial proposals, ideally including contractual aspects.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

 

Sie unterstützen uns bei der Erstellung, Durchführung und Analyse von Marketing-Kampagnen (Email Marketing, LinkedIn Kampagnen, Google Ads, Print), insbesondere in Bezug auf:

  • Content-Erstellung (DE/EN) bzw. Übersetzung
  • Textbearbeitung und -korrektur
  • Zielgruppenerstellung und Adresspflege
  • Bildauswahl, -bearbeitung und Gestaltung von Online Ads
  • Erstellen von Reports zur Analyse der Kampagnen (Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel)

Als weitere Aufgaben erwarten Sie je nach Bedarf:

 

  • Bearbeitung von Online- und Telefonanfragen
  • Unterstützung bei der Event-Planung
  • Bearbeitung und Optimierung von PowerPoint Präsentationen
  • Abwicklung der Bestellung von Werbematerialien 

Ihre Qualifikationen

 

  • Studium der Kommunikations-, Medien- oder PR-Wissenschaften oder vergleichbare Studienrichtung
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
  • Hohes Maß an Kreativität, Engagement und Analytik
