FAQ to our training courses

Public courses

We offer scheduled courses on specific dates and locations with all content-related and organisational details listed under each course. All scheduled courses are between 2 and 5 days long and take place between Monday and Friday.

In-house courses

We offer in-house courses for up to 15 participants at your premises in nearly every country. We recommend a minimum of 6-8 participants to be cost-efficient. You can freely choose the dates, venue and ask for customised content. Even if the topic you need for your in-house course is not on our website, please contact us directly - we may be able to arrange a training that matches your needs.

Online courses

In addition to our regular classroom and tailored in-house courses, most training sessions can now be accessed live as a virtual classroom option!

Sign up for our e-newsletter to be notified when we announce new training dates and special offers. In general, our course schedule for the next year will be published online in September/October.

We operate an ISO9001 certified Quality Management System and always aim to provide high-quality courses in compliance with the EASA training requirements and based on your feedback. Furthermore, our trainers stay informed on the latest regulations and developments, so the course content is always up-to-date.

Our courses are open to everyone working in the mentioned field. It is not necessary to prepare individually for our courses. The courses are mainly attended by international aviation experts which offers the opportunity for professional exchange and networking.

All our trainers are renowned aviation specialists with broad practical experience who are able to provide an insider's perspective on a wide range of aviation subjects. You find information about the trainer (who are mostly involved in our daily consultancy work) for each course under the course content.

We offer training courses in English, German and Italian. You find the course language listed under each course. We do not provide translators for our scheduled courses. If you need a translator for an In-house course, we kindly ask you to organise one individually. Please bear in mind that a course needs more time with a translator.

Questions regarding Registration, Payment & Taxes

You can register online on our website for every scheduled course that is listed. If the course is fully booked, you can send us an inquiry and we will put you on our waiting list. In addition to online registration, you can also send us an e-mail or a fax with all relevant information. However, please ensure before sending such registration that the course still has free seats. You can register as an individual or with your company.

All prices are net. Information regarding VAT regulations can be found under the registration button of each course. The price includes the training and all materials, drinks, snacks and lunch on training days. Transport or accommodation are not included.

Unfortunately, we are not able to assist you with any scholarship. Our prices are set as published.

We do usually offer a discount for early registrations until a certain date, which can be found on our website. If your company sends several participants to one training, please contact us. We decide individually (depending on the number of participants) about a group discount.

We accept payment in advance by bank transfer and payments by credit card. In case of other regulations by your company, please contact us directly for further assistance.

If your company does not make advance payments or if your payment was not processed correctly, please contact us directly, to confirm your participation and to avoid any cancelation fees for you.

The applicable VAT rate differs depending on several factors. You will find all regulations regarding VAT or GST on the registration form of each training course or on our About Taxes page. Please note the final price will always be shown on your invoice.

Questions regarding Travel & Accommodation

Please organize your travel arrangements and hotel bookings on your own. We do highly recommend to arrange non-refundable bookings only after the course is confirmed from our side.

If a limited room contingent for our event is available at the hotel venue we will send you all details in your registration confirmation. You can decide individually if you want to book the venue hotel or find another one. If there is no capacity left at the training hotel, we suggest you to find another accommodation near the training venue.

All scheduled courses take place at different locations (e.g. several hotels in Berlin City). Courses do not take place at the airsight office! All details about the course location can be found on our website under each course and in your registration confirmation.

If you need a Visa to travel to our training destination, please let us know, so we can assist you with your Visa process by sending a letter of invitation. In general, we need the payment of the course fee before. So please plan enough preparation time.
