This comprehensive course is designed to equip participants with the necessary competences, instructional, and assessment techniques in accordance with the implemented Commission delegated Regulation 2020/2148. As of the beginning of 2021, this regulation has introduced updated requirements for individuals in these crucial roles, as outlined in the AMC and GM specified in the ED Decision 2021/003/R. The primary objective of this training is to ensure that nominated instructors and assessors at aerodromes are well-versed in the latest qualification criteria and possess the essential competencies to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
Throughout the course, EASA AMC and GM related to training management and safety training programs will be presented, and the participants will be guided into Training planning and delivery activities following also ICAO guidelines. A wide and deep overview of the training planning and delivery elements, including roles and competences, will be presented. Participants will be then conducted into a practical experience of the competencies presented, related to the conduction of training and assessment activities.

Marta Mottola
Marta worked for over 20 years in Alitalia's ground handling, first in operational departments and then in ground safety, dealing with safety activities, development of procedures, auditing, and quality assurance monitoring.
She is currently a freelance IATA-certified Auditor under ISAGO Program for Ground Service providers. Thanks to the experience gained throughout her career, she is an expert trainer and consultant in ground operations and safety management system.
For airsight, Marta Mottola works as a trainer for the courses “Aerodrome Instructors & Assessors” and “Operational Requirements and Best Practices for Ground Handling Service Providers.” She is also a consultant for projects related to safety and training programs.
