To join our team in Berlin, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Training Manager (m/f/x). The position is a permanent, part-time role (max. 32 hours per week) starting on 1 June 2026.

Your responsibilities: 

As a member of our Training Department, you will be responsible for organising and coordination our training courses. The range of topics and tasks covered includes, amongst others:

• Planning, coordination and follow-up of training projects in Germany and worldwide
• Customer support and advice via telephone and e-mail
• Handling communication and coordination with instructors and service providers
• Participant administration and management 
• Supervision and coordination of training courses, especially on site in Berlin
• Preparation of offers for international training projects
• Project progress monitoring
• Invoice audits / invoice controlling
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards in all projects

Your profile:

• Enthusiasm and a reliable, structured and independent way of working
• Open and friendly personality
• Ability to work in a team and organisational talent
• Practical experience in customer / project management
• Very good communication skills in English and German, other languages are desirable (preferably Italian)
• Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially Teams and Sharepoint
• Completed commercial or comparable training
• Living in the Berlin area
