We are proud to announce that Prof. Dr. Holger Schulz, Founder and CEO of airsight, has received the ACI EUROPE World Business Partner Recognition 2026, honouring his outstanding contribution to the aviation industry and his long-standing commitment to the global airport community.
The award was presented during the ACI EUROPE Annual Congress & General Assembly, held from 22-24 June 2026 in Prague, Czech Republic, one of the most important annual gatherings of airport leaders and aviation stakeholders. The recognition was announced as part of the ACI EUROPE Best Airport Awards 2026, which celebrate excellence and outstanding contributions across the European airport industry. As Holger Schulz was unable to attend the ceremony in person, the award was accepted on his behalf by airsight CEO Reiko Schroeder.
According to ACI EUROPE, the World Business Partner Recognition honours an individual or organisation that has made significant contributions to the industry through its role as an ACI EUROPE World Business Partner. The award recognises exemplary commitment, leadership and the value provided to the airport community as a whole.
In announcing the award, ACI EUROPE highlighted Holger Schulz’s exceptional leadership and vision over 25 years in the aviation industry. A distinguished member of ACI EUROPE since 2007, his work with ACI EUROPE, ACI World and ICAO, as well as his valued contribution to the ACI EUROPE Technical, Operations and Safety Committee, were recognised as having made a meaningful and lasting impact on the industry.
Fittingly, while the award ceremony was taking place in Prague, Holger Schulz was participating in the ACI World Safety & Technical Standing Committee meeting in Montréal, Canada. His involvement in this important forum reflects the same commitment to international collaboration, knowledge sharing and aviation safety that the award recognises.
While this recognition was awarded to Holger Schulz personally, we also see it as a testament to the expertise and commitment that define airsight as an international aviation consulting and training provider. Through our active participation in industry working groups, conferences, training initiatives and collaborative forums, we remain committed to supporting airports and aviation stakeholders worldwide with practical expertise and operational experience.
We would like to sincerely thank ACI EUROPE for this recognition and for the close collaboration over many years. We also extend our gratitude to our clients, training participants and partners for their continued trust and support.
Most importantly, we would like to thank our incredible team. This recognition is a reflection of your dedication, expertise and hard work every single day. Achievements like this would not be possible without the passion and commitment you bring to everything you do.
We also congratulate all airport award winners recognised during this year's ACI EUROPE Annual Congress & General Assembly.
