airsight GmbH is an internationally established consultancy in the aviation industry. With our team of around 50 colleagues, we support airports, authorities and air navigation service providers worldwide through specialised consulting, training and audits. In Marketing, we make sure our complex B2B topics are communicated clearly, visually appealing and tailored to the right audiences – especially on our website, in our newsletter and on LinkedIn.

To support our Marketing team, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) in Media & Communication Design who is excited to help shape our brand in the digital space and make the world of aviation a little more visible.

Your tasks

• Create and further develop visual assets for LinkedIn (graphics, templates, infographics)
• Design and refresh presentations and other digital materials
• Support the revision of flyers, brochures and other marketing materials
• Contribute to the ongoing visual development of our brand (layout, colours, typography)
• Write short texts for social media or newsletters in coordination with the Marketing team
• Provide general support in the day-to-day work of the Marketing and Training teams

Your profile

• Enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Communication Design, Media Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media or similar)
• Confident using common design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Express,  Canva, or comparable software)
• Strong sense for layout, colour, typography and visual design
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
• A creative mind with a structured, reliable working style
• Able to work independently and creatively, while also handling tasks pragmatically and efficiently
• Interest in social media (especially LinkedIn) and visual brand communication
