Recurrent Training für Aerodrome Management
*Übersetzung folgt*
Organisations responsible for operating, providing services and maintaining aerodromes are required to ensure their appointed and nominated post-holders have the necessary knowledge and understanding of relevant and applicable requirements. Furthermore, such personnel (i.e. managers / management) are required to maintain their proficiency and competence. Following initial training, this will involve completion of recurrent training at regular intervals, refresher training when absent from the workplace (from 3 to 12-months), and continuation training when significant changes have occurred.
EU/EASA regulations and requirements are clear on how this is to be conducted and managed, and also on the acceptable means of doing so. ADR.OR.D.015 Personnel requirements and ADR.OR.D.017 Training and proficiency check programmes detail the requirements for aerodrome management.
The objective of this one-day course is to help aerodromes meet the general knowledge and understanding requirements of recurrent training by focusing on new rules and rule changes introduced during the preceding 24-months, as well as focusing on areas that have caused most concern to management teams.
This course is targeted at appointed accountable managers, nominated operational services, maintenance, safety and compliance managers, their deputies and other decision-makers within the Company, and amongst other 3rd party stakeholder organisations.
Note: It is most efficient when this course is booked as an in-house training for your whole management team in one-day, or split over 2-days. Please enquire if you wish to extend the training into a second day in order to cover more subjects or to gain deeper understanding.
