When will I know if a training course really takes place?
At the latest four weeks before the first training day - but as soon as possible - we will inform you if the course will take place by sending out the invoice (by mail). Please do not make any binding travel arrangements before you have received the invoice!
How do I know if there are still seats left and what do I do if I want to attend a fully booked course?
You will find a statement about the seats left for every course next to the course fee on our website. If there are no information stating the number of seats left or the course being fully booked, there is still enough capacity to register for the course. If a course is fully booked, we can add you to our waiting list if you mail us or send us an inquiry. As soon as a seat becomes available, we will contact you directly.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation by participant
The refund policy for course fees is as follows (cancellations must be made in written form): 100% of the fee returned for cancellations made more than four weeks prior to the start of the course; 30% of the fee returned for cancellations made four to two weeks prior to the start of the course; No fee returned for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the start of the course.
Cancellation by airsight
Until three weeks prior the first training day, airsight can cancel the event, 100% of the course fees will be refunded.
Possibility of sending a colleague as substitute
If you are not able to attend, you can send a colleague without any additional registration cost. But please let us know the name and contact details of the substitute.
How do I prepare for the course? Is there a special dress-code?
You do not need to prepare yourself before the training course or to bring anything with you. You can of course bring your own laptop with you.
There is no special dress code required for the training. We recommend to dress smart-casual.
I will arrive late to the course. What do I have to do?
If you expect to arrive late for registration or will miss the opening entirely, please contact us as soon as possible under email@example.com or phone +49 30 4580-3177.
What is the time schedule? Will there be exercises or tests during the course?
The time schedule of each course can be found on our website below the training location, under “organisational details”. At the beginning of each course, the trainer might adapt the time schedule to the course content’s and/or participants’ needs.
In order to receive a certificate at the end of the course, exercises and tests will be done in oral or written form. It is not necessary to prepare for them as all contents will be taught during the training lessons.
Can I get an additional copy of the course material?
All course material provided during the training course is only for use by the attendee. It is not allowed to copy or reproduce it for any commercial purposes. It is also not allowed to film our training sessions.
If the trainer has promised to send additional material or if presentations by guest lecturers are not included in the course manual, we will send the material via e-mail after the course.
What happens after the course? When do I get my certificate?
Participants receive an airsight certificate at the end of the course, which is well recognised in the aviation industry due to our compliance with EASA requirements and our high reputation.
After the course, you will receive an e-mail by airsight with all further contact details or other relevant information for your training course, so you can keep in touch and network.
